Brian Saylor

Brian's story does not begin in a galaxy far, far away, but rather in a small town known as Doylestown. After graduating from Temple University and being laid off from a large architectural firm in Philadelphia, he decided it was time for a drastic change. He searched and interviewed for several other architectural offices, and then one day he interviewed for George J. Donovan A. I. A. & Associates in 2002 and has been with the company for over 18 years. He loves to say, "work smarter not harder", and with that he brought with him his technological and sustainable ideologies. With the design and development of the Churchville Nature Center he pushed the office not only to focus on green design, but also specify green products on all of their projects. Brian is a project manager and co-runs the Bethlehem office. When he is not designing at Phillips & Donovan Architects, LLC, he can be seen daydreaming about the Star Wars Universe, being a great father to his four children, and building magnificent sand castles on the beach. You can take him out of the office, but you can't take away his passion for design and creative spirit that resonates in everything he touches.
