Revit Draftsperson/Designer - Commercial Projects: Phillips & Donovan Architects, LLC, is seeking an experienced, fast-paced Revit draftsperson with an eye for design to join our team in our Bedminster, Pennsylvania, office. Two to four years of commercial design experience and an architecture education are necessary. Candidates must have a strong general knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the architectural field. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, transforming initial conceptual designs using computer-aided design (CAD) through Revit modeling and some use of AutoCAD Architecture; drafting schematic design models/drawings; design development modeling and documents; construction documents; and 3-D renderings. The candidate should also be familiar with sustainable design best practices and eager to learn about environmentally friendly design. The right candidate will work directly with a project manager/design team through all stages of design and construction. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and Enscape is necessary.
