Matt began his journey as a designer at Central Bucks High School South in 2015 by taking the architecture studio elective offered. His instructor, Mr. Detweiler,  noticed Matt's affinity for craft, attention to detail, and his life-long drive to create. Encouraged by his instructors, parents, and two engineer brothers, Matt found his passion in architectural design.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2022 from Temple University, Matt worked in New York City drafting projects in all five boroughs for two years. The rigorous zoning and code requirements of the Big Apple has prepared Matt well to satisfy clients needs and varied design tastes.

Ten years after starting his first design studio, Matt began working for Phillips & Donovan Architects in March 2025 as a Residential Draftsperson. When out of the office, Matt loves to run, create sometimes-good-but-mostly-mediocre music, rock climb, and daydream of his next new creative endeavor.
